Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to learn more about user behavior on our pages. We want to identify areas where our pages are not yet optimally designed, where users face difficulties understanding processes, and pinpoint areas that can be improved in terms of user experience. We also gather information about the general use of our site, such as the country from which our pages are accessed. Additionally, Microsoft Clarity helps us detect technical errors on our pages and gather data on users' device characteristics.

Microsoft Clarity can recognize users across multiple visits to gain a comprehensive view of their interactions. For this purpose, data is stored locally on the user's device through cookies, session storage, and local storage. Session storage data is deleted when the browser is closed, local storage data remains unless manually deleted, and cookies are set with a maximum storage period of 3 months after the last visit to our website.

Microsoft Clarity analyzes mouse movements, click paths, and scrolling behavior during individual visits, allowing us to assess areas of our site that may not be fully optimized and identify which content is of most interest to users. This includes detailed information such as individual mouse movements and pauses. All data collected is pseudonymized. This means we can combine data over multiple visits without knowing the individual's identity unless they provide us with their Clarity ID, which is generated by Microsoft Clarity.
